Healthy Life by Walking

Assalamualiakum Wr .Wb!
Good morning..
Ladies and gentleman that I respected!
          First of all, let us say thanks to God, because he has gave us health, opportunity, and happiness so that we feel very happy and healthy today. Without mercy, it is quite impossible for us to enjoy our life and come to this forum today. Then, let us greet and pray to our beloved prophet Muhammad SAW who brings us to the path of light and leave the darkness in this life.
Thank you for the opportunity which is given to me so that I can say a few words that may be useful for all of us. On this nice occasion, I will talk about healthy life by walking.        
Ladies and Gentlemen,
          Walking is not only a sport that is inexpensive and lightweight, but also provides many benefits for health. By foot you can reduce stress, lose weight, prevent diabetes and many other functions. Don’t be lazy or afraid tired to do the walking exercise. If you are having problems with your knees or your feet, don’t make it as an excuse not to exercise, because you can work around this by running lightly up quickly.
          The benefits of walking when we start the morning activity like to work or to school can be beneficial to health. Walking is a sport that can be very practical, unwittingly walk to school is a sports activity that has benefits such as the benefits of swimming. Of course there are many benefits that are stored on foot, among others :
          Firstly, for heart health. Walking will make blood pressure is reduced which reduces the sintering between the blood cells that can lead to blood clots that clog arteries. At the time of walking into a moving body so that the good cholesterol that absorbs the bad cholesterol to increase that can nourish the heart.
          Secondly, maintain fitness and respiratory system. Walk every day while going to the office will keep your fitness during activity. Walk 3 times a week can improve your fitness and keep the respiratory system significantly.
          Thirdly, improve the immune system. By walking you've done enough effort to provide stronger immune system in the body. Sweat and smooth the body's metabolism will help the body's immunity from being attacked from dangerous diseases.
          Fourthly, reduce your weight. By walking quickly for 30 minutes a day you can burn at least 150 calories per day. The faster your legs move, the more calories burned.

          Furthermore, walking can reduce stress. Yes, walking can help to reduce or prevent stress. Walking and other physical activities can trigger endorphins that make you feel better mood and reduce worry and depression.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
          Actually there are many benefits of walking that we can feel. but I think what I've explained it was enough. Now I will give you some ways that you do not feel tired when walking away. when walking, you need to consider several factors:
1. The view straight ahead, not down.
2. The upright posture
3. fists relaxed, not too strong
4. The swing arm
5. swing your legs as comfortable as possible
          Well, it is tips from me. So, take advantage of the best sport this cheap. Spend a little of your time in the day to walk. Because there are many benefits to walking.
